How does It Work?
Let's use logo design as an example. It is basically a four step process.
Step 1:
We send you a questionnaire, you fill it out then send it back to us. We believe that to do a custom design that truly fits you, your businees and your marketplace, we need to get to know you better. It' not long. It's not hard. But it is important.
Step 2:
We take the information we get from you to produce a series of design possibilities. You look them over and tell us what you do and don't like. Mix and match design elements, colors, whatever.
Step 3:
We take your feedback and produce a final design.
Step 4:
With your final approval, we create a series of electronic files that cover all of the uses you might have for your logo. These files include color versions, black and white versions, high resolution for print, lower resolution for the web. Some are rasterized, some are vector graphics. Various file types are represented. Don't worry if you don't understand what all of this means. Rest assured that you will be covered for anything that comes up.
Keep In Mind:
If we can't come up with a design that you like, you don't pay for it. We charge a small flat fee for our design time, but nothing more. There is no further obligation.
